OPINION

ANN CRAWFORD McCLURE, Justice.

Michael Briscoe appeals from a judgment in favor of Goodmark Corporation, Richard C. Poe, and Dick Poe Motors, Inc. following a jury trial. We dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
