Before this court are preliminary objections filed by The Peoples Natural Gas Company (Peoples) and The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) to a petition for review filed in our original jurisdiction by Energy Pipeline Company and Energy Production Company, Managing Venturers on behalf of Bessie 8, a Pennsylvania joint venture, and Bethlehem Steel Corporation (collectively, Bessie 8).
