OPINION

SCHUMACHER, Judge.

Delip and Bhanmatee Ramsamooj appeal from the dismissal of their claims for noneco-nomic detriment under Minnesota’s No-Fault Automobile Insurance Act (the no-fault act), arguing an uninsured motorist may recover damages for noneconomic detriment in a negligence action against an insured motorist. We reverse and remand.
