OPINION

JOHNSON, Vice Presiding Judge:

Appellant, Allen Wayne Kaulaity, was charged by Information in the District Court of Caddo County in Case No. CRF-87-95 with Second Degree Burglary, After Conviction of Two or More Felonies, in violation of 21 O.S.1981, § 1435; and in Case No. CRF-88-16 with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute, After Conviction of Two or More Felonies, in violation of 63 O.S.Supp. 1986, § 2-401(A)(l).
