OPINION
LANE, Judge:
Appellant, Charles Leon Cheatham, was charged with Murder in the First Degree (Malice Aforethought), or in the alternative, Felony Murder, and Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, all After Former Conviction of Two or More Felonies. He was convicted May 24,1990 of Felony Murder and Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon after a two-stage jury trial in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-86-4869, before the Honorable James L.
