SHANGLER, Presiding Judge.

The basic question to be determined on this appeal, although others are also presented, is: May the registrant of a foreign judgment under the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act (Sec. 511.760, V.A.M.S., 1959) cause a garnishment in aid of execution to issue upon the judgment so registered before it has become a final judgment within the meaning of the Act?
