North East Education Association and Michael Dohanie (appellants) appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County which sustained a petition for review filed by the North East School District (District) from an arbitrators decision. We reverse.
The facts giving rise to the controversy in this case are not complicated. Mr. Dohanie was employed as a teacher in one of the Districts elementary schools.
