William Len Burns brings this appeal from the denial of his extraordinary motion for new trial. The following findings of fact are set forth in the trial court’s order: “Mr. Marcus Morris, an Assistant District Attorney, presented the State’s case against the defendant and handled the closing arguments for the State.
