In his Report of Hearing on Motions and Scheduling Conference dated November 5, 1984, United States Magistrate D. Brock Hornby granted Defendant’s Motion to Set Aside Default while denying Plaintiff’s motions for default judgment and to strike the motion to set aside the default.
