A INTRODUCTION
In response to the instant Complaint of SACRED HEART HOSPITAL OF NOR-RISTOWN d/b/a SACRED HEART HOSPITAL AND REHABILITATION CENTER (“the Debtor”) seeking medical reimbursement from COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WELFARE (“DPW’), fashioned similar to the actions at issue in In re St. Mary Hospital, 125 B.R. 422 (Bankr.E.D.Pa.1991); and In re St. Joseph’s Hospital, 103 B.R. 643 (Bankr.E.D.Pa.1989), DPW has filed multi-pronged Motions to Dismiss and a Motion for a More Definite Statement (“the Motions”), similar to those…
