Appellant David Magee is serving a 10-year sentence for unlawful transfer and concealment of assets in contemplation of bankruptcy, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 152, and failure to report transportation of more than $5,000 currency into the United States, in violation of, inter alia, 31 U.S.C. §§ 1059, 1101. His conviction was affirmed on direct appeal. United States v. Magee, 683 F.2d 1371 (5th Cir.1982) (unpublished).
