ORDER REJECTING CENSURE.
After reviewing the evidence adduced at the hearing before the Commission, this Court concludes that respondent’s conduct that is in question may be described as follows.
On 14 December 1990, respondent presided ovér the domestic session of District Court, Wake County, where a hearing was conducted in the case Itenson v. Itenson, Wake County file number *58890CVD6978.
