The Court has before it motions for summary judgment filed by Defendants Anabelle Rodríguez, Sila Calderón, Pedro G. Goyco, Cruz Estévez and Roberto Sán-chez-Ramos (Nos. 101 and 103), and Plaintiff Carlos M. Calderón-Garnier’s response in opposition to both motions (No. 115). For the reasons stated herein, the Defendants’ motions are GRANTED.
