John Doe instituted ejectment against Bichard Boé to recover' possession of 120 acres of land. In tbe petition one demise was laid in Joe Crump, and a second demise was laid in W. H. Garter. J. B. McEntire was admonished, as real claimant, to come in and defend the action. McEntire filed a formal plea of not guilty, and asserted prescriptive title by adverse possession under color of title for more than seven years.
