Appellant Dan M. Gray appeals tipart ce. circuit court’s divorce decree dealing with division of appellee Nancy Coleman Gray’s pension plan and his retirement benefits.1 He urges that it was clear error to value and divide Nancy Gray’s pension plan based on contributions made rather than based on its present value. He further contends that a portion of his Civil Service Retirement pension should be exempted from division, because that portion is in lieu of Social Security benefits, which are not subject to division as marital property.
