Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Washington County (Berke, J.), entered December 4, 1989, which dismissed respondent’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, to modify a prior order of child support.

Respondent sought a reduction of his child support obligation based upon petitioner’s relocation to Georgia with the parties’ three children and her new husband, ostensibly to seek employment opportunities.
