The Debtor filed a Motion For 506 Valuation (the “Motion”) seeking valuation by this Court of certain real property that is property of the debtor-in-possession’s estate under 11 U.S.C. § 541 for the purposes of the Debtor’s Plan of Reorganization (the “Plan”) and any motion to lift the stay which may be filed with regard to such property by Margaret K.
