ORDER ON MOTION FOR VALUATION OF ASSETS

CAME ON for hearing the motion of First City National Bank of Austin for Valuation of certain assets, to wit, two parcels of property. One tract is a 12.07 acre parcel of unimproved land on RR 620 in Williamson County, Texas, within the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of Austin, Texas. The other is 93 lots in Alum Creek Estates, in Bastrop County, Texas.
