Shelter Mutual Insurance Company (“Shelter”) appeals from the trial court’s judgment in favor of Corey Carter (“Carter”) in the amount of $100,000 pursuant to the uninsured motor vehicle liability coverage of two vehicle insurance policies. We reverse and remand.

I. Background

On April 4, 2012, Carter was involved in a motor vehicle accident while operating a 2002 Chevrolet Impala (“Impala”). There are two insurance policies at issue: one policy covering the Impala and a second policy covering a 2006 Pontiac Torrent (“Torrent”).
