Before the Court is the motion of the HDL Liquidating Trust Oversight Committee (the "Oversight Committee") and Richard Arrowsmith ("Arrowsmith"), in his capacity as the interim Liquidating Trustee of the HDL Liquidating Trust (collectively the "Movants"), to appoint a permanent liquidating trustee (the "Motion to Appoint")1 and the objection thereto (the "Objection") filed by Helena Laboratories, Noel Bartlett ("Bartlett"), and Dr. Robert S.
