On November 6, 1953, the plaintiffs filed their bill of complaint in the Circuit Court for Leon County, Florida, against the defendants, alleging that plaintiffs then and since 1928 owned property adjacent to and abutting on U. S. Highway 98 (State Road *24930) for a distance of about 300 feet, and -is used for the operation of a business • known as M. G.
