BENCH, Judge:
Plaintiff appeals from a jury verdict in his favor in an action arising from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
FACTS
On June 15, 1984, plaintiff Emmanuel N. Onyeabor was driving home for lunch from his job as a carpenter on a construction project in Midvale, Utah. At approximately 1:10 p.m., he was traveling north on 900 East in unincorporated Salt Lake County, approaching the intersection of Fort Union Boulevard (7105 South).
