Defendant appeals from the order denying its alternative motion for judgment or a nevv trial.

On November 9, 1925, a collision occurred betAveen a Ford sedan and defendant’s street car on Chicago avenue and Twenty-sixth street in Minneapolis, in Avhich plaintiff Avas injured. The Ford car Avas driven by her husband. She Avas seated to his right.
