In this family offense action for an order of protection, petitioner AOS moves pursuant to CPLR 3124 to compel respondent RM to execute a HIPAA-compliant authorization for the production of respondent’s medical records. In the petition, Ms. AOS seeks a five-year order of protection based on alleged aggravating circumstances.
