Reversing.

*208Upon the trial of an indictment charging him with having had carnal knowledge of Gila Graves, an infant tinder sixteen years of age, appellant was convicted and his punishment fixed at ten years in the penitentiary. As grounds for a reversal of the judgment he urges, among others which we need not consider, the admission of incompetent evidence, and a statement made by the prosecuting attorney in the presence of the jury.
