STANTON, District Judge.

The plaintiffs in this action, all of them inmates at Fishkill Correctional Facility (“Fishkill”), sue on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claiming violations of their rights under the Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution.
