K.G.R., a partnership engaged in real estate development, appeals from a judgment denying its petition to vacate a part of Oak Ridge Avenue dedicated to the Town of East Troy as a public access to Lake Beulah. Because we conclude that the Town's improvement of the fifty-foot strip of Oak Ridge Avenue as a public walkway providing access to the shores of Lake Beulah meets the requirements of § 236.43, STATS., the spirit of the plat and the intent of the original landowner, we affirm.
