Plaintiff, Allstate Insurance Company, appeals by leave granted an order denying its motion for summary disposition. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
I. FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
In September 1998, Barbara Moore, on behalf of her daughter JJM, a minor, filed a complaint against Deborah Morton and Joseph Stringer after JJM was raped at Morton’s home by Stringer, a minor.
