James Tombeno ("Plaintiff") filed a complaint against his supervisor, Brenda Nylon, now known as Christmas ("Christmas"), and FedEx Corporate Services, Inc., ("FedEx") (collectively referred to as "Defendants") in state court after being terminated from employment.
