Anthony Walker v. Ingersoll Cutting Tool Company

*1156 After Anthony Walker was involved in a physical altercation with another employee of Ingersoll Cutting Tools, the company discharged him. He sued Ingersoll, alleging racial discrimination under Title VII and retaliatory discharge under Illinois law. The district court granted summary judgment for Ingersoll on all claims. On appeal, Walker abandoned his Title VII racial discrimination claims.
