MOORE, Judge., The Randolph County Department of Human Resources (“DHR”) appeals from a judgment of the Randolph Juvenile Court (“the juvenile court”) denying its petition to have Aa,H. (“the child”) adjudi*668cated dependent and placed in its custody. We affirm the juvenile court’s judgment.
