The matter here for decision is the proper interpretation of the following provision in the will of John Stoler: “I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real, personal and mixed to my wife Melissa C. Stoler for and during the period of her natural life. At her death I give, devise and bequeath the same to my next of kin to be divided among them in accordance with the provisions of the intestate laws of Pennsylvania.” Appellant here, administrator of the estate of the widow, Melissa C.
