MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WARREN, District Judge:

Pursuant to Rule 41(e) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, petitioners request the return of over $200,000.00 in cash, business records and other property seized on March 5, 1980 at various locations in the Milwaukee area. The United States Attorney and Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation conducted the searches under warrants issued by this Court on March 4, 1980.
