DOWD, Presiding Judge.

Movant was convicted of two counts of sodomy and one count of felonious restraint and the convictions were affirmed in State v. Weekly, 728 S.W.2d 664 (Mo.App.1987). Movant now appeals the denial of his Rule 27.26 motion after an evidentia-ry hearing. We affirm.
