The primary question in this case is whether the trial court erred in permitting evidence of reproduction cost of the plaintiffs’ property to be admitted for the purpose of aiding the jury in finding its fair market value. The plaintiffs’ sought a determination of the amount of damages resulting from the condemnation of their property by the Portsmouth Housing Authority pursuant to RSA 498-A:27 (Supp. 1973).
