1Per curiam
¶1 — Adam Lewis challenges two portions of a Court of Appeals opinion denying him credit for time served awaiting trial on his burglary and assault charges. After we granted review, the State conceded that Lewis is entitled to 387 days of additional time served. We accept the State’s concession, strike oral argument, and remand to the trial court for sentencing in accordance with this opinion.
