—In a consolidated action to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendants appeal (1), as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Lebowitz, J.), dated February 1, 2001, as granted those branches of the *405plaintiffs’ cross motion which were for partial summary judgment and dismissal of the counterclaims, and (2) from a judgment of the same court, entered March 7, 2001, which is in favor of the plaintiffs and against them in the principal sum of $79,750.
