In an action to recover on promissory notes, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Hentel, J.), dated August 24, 1989, which granted the defendant’s motion to vacate his default in opposing the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment, vacated a prior order of the same court, dated April 28, 1989, granting the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment, and thereupon denied the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
