Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Monserrate, J.), entered November 28, 1994 in Broome County, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment.
In 1986, defendants entered into a land contract to purchase from plaintiffs a parcel of real property, located in the Town of Vestal, Broome County, upon which plaintiffs had been operating a motor vehicle repair shop and tire sales business.
