PARKER, Judge.
On this appeal, defendants raise three assignments of error: (i) that the trial court erred in denying defendants’ motions for directed verdict and for judgment notwithstanding the verdict; (ii) that the trial court erred in admitting evidence of the decedent’s mental, emotional, and physical condition at a time remote from the change of beneficiary designations at issue in the case; and (iii) that the trial court erred in refusing to give jury instructions requested by defendants on the presumption of mental competence and the presumption against suicide.
