OPINION

{¶ 1} This is an appeal of the judgment of the Willoughby Municipal Court denying a motion to suppress filed by appellant, William E. Hall.

{¶ 2} Hall was charged in the Willoughby Municipal Court on two counts: count one, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, in violation of Kirtland Hills Ordinance 333.01(a)(1), and count two, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited breath-alcohol content, in violation of Kirtland Hills Ordinance 333.01(a)(4).
