On August 29, 1997, this matter came before the Court for hearing on plaintiff James Jarosz’s (“Jarosz”) motion to disqualify and strike the appearance of Warner & Stackpole, LLP, (“Warner & Stackpole”) and its attorneys on behalf of the defendants Union Products, Inc. (“UPI”) and Union Products Realty Corp. (“UPRC”).
