Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Mogil, J.), rendered October 23, 1992, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of the branches of the defendant’s omnibus motion which were to suppress his statement made to law enforcement officials and physical evidence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
