—Appeal by the People from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Silverman, J.), dated May 13, 1996, which granted those branches of the defendant’s omnibus motion which were to suppress physical evidence and a statement to police.
Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, and those branches of the defendant’s omnibus motion which were to suppress physical evidence and a statement to police are denied.
