MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

Robert L. Geltzer, as chapter 7 trustee (the “Trustee”) of the debtor the Cassandra Group (“Cassandra” or the “Debtor”), moves for summary judgment on his complaint (the “Complaint”) against Guy D’An-tona (“D’Antona”) seeking to avoid certain transfers from the Debtor pursuant to, inter alia, section 544(b) of title 11, United States Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”).
