GRAVEN, District Judge.

The present action involves a dispute between the plaintiff and the defendant as to the proper location of a boundary line between two lots located in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. The action was originally commenced in the District Court of Iowa in and for Black Hawk County and was subsequently removed to this Court pursuant to the provisions of Section 1441 of Title 28, U.S.C.A.
