The estate is large in amount of assets, as well as in debts, is insolvent, and the distribution will be to creditors in a pro rata amount. The main question arises regarding the disposition of twenty-six shares of the capital stock of the Empire Trust Company of the present value of about $386 per share, or a sum total of $10,036. The facts have been stipulated. The decedent died May 29, 1925.
