Before me is the Office of Open Records’ (OOR) Petition to Enforce Order Directing Production of Records for In Camera Review (Petition) pertaining to three orders directing the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) to produce certain records, including “dash-cams,” to OOR for in camera review (In Camera Orders) in three separate appeals filed pursuant to the Right-to-Know Law (RTKL).1 PSP opposes the Petition, arguing that the Criminal History Record Information Act, 18 Pa.
