Appeal from Benton District Court. Grand jury : separation of trial jury : insanity, etc. The defendant was indicted for the murder of his wife, pleaded not guilty, was tried, found guilty of murder in tlie second degree, and sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary of the State for life. From this judgment he appeals to this court. The errors assigned, and the facts upon which they rest, are stated in the opinion of the court.

This motion is based upon an alleged denial to the defendant of the right to challenge the grand jury or any individual juror. Eev. § 4611.
