MEMORANDUM OPINION

OREN HARRIS, Chief Judge.

The plaintiff brings this action against the defendants for breach of a labor-management contract pursuant to Section 301 of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 185 et seq.

The plaintiff, Local Carpenters Union No. 529 of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners, AFL-CIO, operates with a membership jurisdiction and offices in the Camden, Arkansas, area.
